Services

OUR TREATMENT & SUPPORT SERVICES

Ovulation Induction

Medications and hormone therapies are used to stimulate the ovaries to produce eggs, helping women who struggle with irregular or absent ovulation. This approach significantly increases the chances of natural conception or prepares patients for further procedures like IUI or IVF.

Intra Uterine Insemination (IUI)

IUI is a less invasive process where washed and concentrated sperms are placed directly into the uterus during ovulation. This process boosts the odds of fertilisation and is beneficial for couples with mid male factor infertility or unexplained infertility.

In Vitro Fertilization (INF)

INF is a widely known assisted reproductive methodology where eggs are fertilised within a lab and then transferred to the uterus. This treatment is effective for complex infertility cases that include blocked fallopian tubes, advanced maternal age or failed prior treatments.

ICSI(Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection)

In ICSI, a single sperm is injected directly into an egg to overcome severe male infertility issues such as low sperm count or poor sperm motility. This process is normally combined with IVF and often leads to higher fertilization rates.

IMSI (Intracytoplasmic Morphologically Selected Sperm Injection)

IMSI is an advanced technique where high-magnification imaging of healthy sperms helps in injecting the perfect ones. This procedure usually enhances the embryo quality and success rates for those with repeated IVF or ICSI failed treatments.

Donor Support

We also support our patients with options like using donated eggs, sperms, or embryos that will help an individual or couples facing genetic risks, poor egg or sperm quality or single parents who need donor assistance while addressing both medical and emotional aspects of third-party reproduction.

Fertility Preservation

At Aviram, we offer freezing of eggs, sperm or embryos for patients planning to defer parenthood or those undergoing treatments like chemotherapy that may affect their fertility. This preserves future reproductive options and empowers individuals to plan for parenthood on their timeline.

Fertility Enhancing Surgeries

Our surgical options also address conditions such as uterine fibroids, polyps, tubal blockages or endometriosis that may hinder conception. These procedures can restore your reproductive anatomy and improve treatment outcomes.

RPL Management(Recurrent Pregnancy Loss)

Targeted care for those experiencing repeated miscarriages includes testing, medical therapy and emotional support strategies. Our approach aims to identify causes and improve the likelihood of successful future pregnancies.

FAQ’s

Frequently asked question

What is In Vitro Fertilization (IVF)?

IVF is a fertility treatment where eggs are collected from the ovaries and fertilized by sperm in a lab. The resulting embryos are then transferred to the uterus to achieve pregnancy.

Who is a candidate for IVF?

IVF is recommended for couples with tubal blockage, male infertility, unexplained infertility, endometriosis, ovulation disorders, or when other fertility treatments have failed.

What are the main steps involved in IVF?

The process includes ovarian stimulation, egg retrieval, fertilization in the lab, embryo culture, and embryo transfer into the uterus, followed by pregnancy testing.

 How successful is IVF treatment?

Success rates depend on factors like age and health, typically ranging between 30-40% per cycle, with cumulative chances improving over multiple cycles.

Are there any risks or side effects?

Some women may experience ovarian hyperstimulation, mild discomfort from injections, or emotional stress. The care team provides monitoring and support to minimize risks.
